These Terms cover digital assistants you subscribe to as an individual. If you use our platform as a business, our Terms of Service apply instead.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Kabware Services Limited ("Kabware", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14097615, whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
They cover your use of any digital assistant you subscribe to through our marketplace, including any free trial of that assistant (together, "the Service"). By subscribing to or using an assistant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
If you use an assistant as part of an organisation that holds a business account with us, your organisation's agreement governs that use instead of these Terms.
Each assistant is an AI-powered conversational service. You send messages and the assistant responds using an AI model. Some assistants are created and maintained by third parties who publish through our marketplace: where that is the case, we provide the platform, take the payment and are the seller of the subscription, and the third party is responsible for the assistant's content and subject matter.
Assistants provide information and signposting. They do not provide professional advice. Nothing an assistant says is legal, immigration, debt, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified, regulated professional who knows your circumstances. Where a question calls for regulated advice, use the sources an assistant signposts you to.
AI responses can be wrong. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and they may sound confident while being mistaken. Check anything important before you rely on it, and do not use an assistant as your only source for a decision that matters.
Assistants are not an emergency service and not a medical service. They are not monitored in real time. If you need urgent help, call 999. If you are struggling and want to talk to someone, the Samaritans are available free on 116 123, at any hour.
Some assistants offer a limited number of free messages before you subscribe. Free trials are provided as they are, may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time, and are not guaranteed to remain available.
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. The price is shown before you subscribe. Payment is taken by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details. If a payment fails we may suspend or end your subscription.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for part of a period.
As a consumer buying online, you have 14 days from subscribing to change your mind and cancel for a refund. Because you get access to the assistant immediately, where you have already used it in that period we may reduce the refund in proportion to what you have used. After 14 days, the cancellation terms above apply.
We may change the price of a subscription. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and it will apply from your next renewal. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before then.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we process your messages to generate responses, and we explain there where that processing happens and how long we keep things.
Do not share information you would not want stored. In particular, take care with financial details, identity documents and health information.
We aim to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw an assistant. If we withdraw an assistant you are subscribed to, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
We may also update these Terms. If a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice, and where the law requires it we will ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
