Kabware Digital Assistant Platform

Choose a 30-day AI assistant pilot route

Kabware DAP turns approved policies, guidance, FAQs, templates, and service documents into a branded assistant for one audience. Choose the route that fits your users, run the pilot inside that route, then continue or cancel before billing starts.

30-Day Controlled Assistant Pilot

Build the pilot inside the route you intend to keep

Start with one route, one audience, and a small approved document set. Kabware sets up the assistant, reviews test questions with you, and reports what worked. If you keep the route after the trial, Stripe starts the subscription. If the route is wrong, cancel before billing starts.

Typical pilot scope

Audience
One member, resident, customer, or staff group
Knowledge
5 to 15 approved documents, pages, templates, or FAQs
Review
Answer-quality review and content-gap report
Outcome
Continue on the selected route, cancel before billing, or start a different route
1

One route

Choose internal, public, or assistant-product subscription before setup.

2

One audience

Keep the first test focused: members, residents, customers, or staff.

3

Approved sources

Use documents your team already trusts instead of asking the assistant to improvise.

4

Trial decision

Keep the subscription if it works, or cancel before billing starts.

From Approved Documents to Controlled Answers

Choose the route first. Upload the knowledge people already rely on, set clear boundaries, then use the pilot to learn from the questions people actually ask.

Step 1

Choose route and source set

Choose the internal, public, or assistant-product route before setup. Start with one audience and 5-15 approved documents, pages, templates, or FAQs.

Step 2

Configure assistant and boundaries

Kabware configures the branded assistant, its purpose, tone, access, source material, and refusal boundaries for the selected route.

Step 3

Review before billing starts

Review test questions, weak answers, and missing content. Keep the subscription route if it works, or cancel before the trial ends.

Questions Buyers Ask Before a Pilot

DAP is designed for guidance, knowledge access, and answer consistency. The first pilot should prove control before the selected subscription starts billing.

Does this replace staff?

No. DAP gives people a better first place to ask repeated questions. Your team still handles judgement, cases, exceptions, and specialist advice.

Does it give legal, medical, or financial advice?

No. The assistant can give guidance from approved content and refuse questions outside its purpose.

Can we review quality before rollout?

Yes. The pilot includes agreed test questions, answer review, and a recommendation before wider use.

What if our documents have gaps?

That is useful evidence. The report shows repeated questions, weak answers, missing sources, and content that needs work.

Internal Assistant Plans

Use these plans when your own authenticated staff, team members, or internal members will use private or restricted assistants. These prices are per internal user seat. Public users are not billed as seats.

Need a public assistant instead? Use the public assistant path so residents, customers, citizens, or members are not treated as paid internal seats.

Fair Overage Policy

If authenticated internal users exceed the plan token allowance, overage is billed at your plan's rate. You'll receive alerts at 75% and 90% of your quota so there are no surprises.

Public Assistant Package

Public assistant packages for residents, customers, citizens, or members

Use this route when an organisation pays for one public-facing assistant that an external audience can use. The commercial model is a single deployment-package subscription with monthly or annual billing. Public users are not internal user seats.

Commercial model

Buyer
Organisation serving an external audience
Users
Residents, customers, citizens, public users, or members
Billing unit
One public assistant deployment-package subscription; choose monthly or annual checkout
Admin access
A small set of tenant admins manages content, settings, reporting, and billing

Built for controlled public guidance

Publish branded assistants from approved policies, FAQs, service standards, local information, and guidance documents while keeping caps and billing status visible to tenant admins.

Single package price

The checkout quantity is one deployment package, not a public-user count or an internal-seat count. The package can include usage allowance, caps, and overage rules.

Monthly or annual checkout

Stripe checkout uses the selected billing cycle. Annual checkout applies the plan's annual discount when one is configured.

Usage controlled before AI calls

Public assistant caps, included message allowances, billing status, and overage settings are enforced before the platform sends a public chat request to the AI provider.

Kabware Assistant Products

Subscribe to Kabware Assistants for specialist assistance

Use this route when you want direct access to a Kabware Assistant for a specialist area of support. Today, these assistants are created and managed by Kabware. Subscribers choose a Kabware Assistant, select a product-specific plan, and pay through assistant product checkout. Subscriber billing is separate from tenant seats.

Kabware product catalogue

Kabware Assistants with active checkout plans appear in the assistant catalogue, with plan selection and Stripe checkout handled separately from tenant plans.

Subscriber entitlements

Product access is based on the subscriber's assistant product subscription, not on the organisation's internal user seat count.

Separate product route

Subscribers access Kabware Assistants through product-specific routes, keeping the tenant admin model separate from subscriber usage.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should we use for a first pilot?

Choose the route that fits the audience, then start with one repeated-question problem and 5-15 approved documents. The goal is to prove answer quality and identify content gaps inside the route you intend to keep.

How does payment work for a pilot?

Checkout creates the trial on the selected Stripe subscription route. If you continue after the trial, billing starts on that route. If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends.

Can we switch route after starting a pilot?

Yes, but treat it as a new subscription route. Cancel the current trial before billing starts, then start the correct route. Documents and settings may need to be uploaded or configured again unless Kabware helps migrate them.

Can an assistant be public and restricted?

Yes. Assistants can be public, guest-access, authenticated, or limited by role and allow-list depending on the use case.

Are public users counted as seats?

No. Internal user seats are for authenticated people inside the customer organisation. A public assistant is priced as one deployment package with included usage, caps, and overage settings.

How is an assistant product different?

An assistant product is a Kabware-created assistant that subscribers buy directly. It uses product-specific plans and subscriber entitlements rather than the tenant's internal user seats.

Does DAP replace our support team?

No. DAP is best used to make first-line answers easier and more consistent. It does not replace human judgement, case management, or specialist advice.

Who owns the assistants and data?

You own all the content, data, and configurations you create. We host and operate the infrastructure, but your intellectual property is yours. You can export your data anytime.

What's included in platform access?

Platform access includes assistant hosting, infrastructure, security, backups, usage allowances, and regular updates. You're not managing servers or AI provider keys.

What happens if I exceed my token allowance?

You'll receive email alerts at 75% and 90% of your quota. If you go over, additional tokens are billed at your plan's overage rate. You can also upgrade your plan for a higher allowance.
