AI Assistants for Answers You Can Stand Behind

Kabware DAP turns your approved policies, guidance, FAQs, templates, and service documents into controlled, branded assistants for members, customers, residents, and staff.

From Approved Documents to Controlled Answers

Start with a focused pilot. Upload the knowledge people already rely on, set clear boundaries, then learn from the questions people actually ask.

Step 1

Start With Approved Knowledge

📚

Use the material you already trust

Add policies, guidance notes, FAQs, templates, standards, onboarding packs, and service documents. The assistant answers from approved content, not guesswork.

🛡️

Define access and boundaries

Choose whether each assistant is public, restricted, or internal. Set the purpose, tone, and limits before anyone starts using it.

Step 2

Launch Branded Assistants

Create assistants for specific audiences and knowledge areas, then give people a simple place to ask questions before they contact your team.

🤖
Assistants for members, customers, residents, or staff
📁
Policies, FAQs, templates, standards, and service documents
👥
Public, guest, authenticated, and role-aware access
⚙️
Purpose, tone, and safety boundaries configured per assistant
📊
Usage insight showing what people ask and where content is missing
🛡️
Managed hosting, security, backups, and platform updates
Step 3

Measure and Improve

A pilot should prove whether people get useful answers and whether your content is ready for wider use.

📈

See demand and content gaps

Review repeated questions, weak answers, missing documents, and risky topics before scaling access.

🤝

Expand when the use case is proven

Add more assistants, audiences, files, and access rules as confidence grows. Keep the scope practical and measurable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should we use for a first pilot?

Start with one clear audience, one repeated-question problem, and 5-15 approved documents. The goal is to prove answer quality and identify content gaps.

How does payment work for a pilot?

If you are ready to start, choose Standard or Professional and pay monthly by Stripe. If you want a guided two-week proof of value first, contact us before subscribing. After a successful guided pilot, you can move onto the monthly subscription plan that fits the rollout.

Can an assistant be public and restricted?

Yes. Assistants can be public, guest-access, authenticated, or limited by role and allow-list depending on the use case.

Does DAP replace our support team?

No. DAP is best used to make first-line answers easier and more consistent. It does not replace human judgement, case management, or specialist advice.

Who owns the assistants and data?

You own all the content, data, and configurations you create. We host and operate the infrastructure, but your intellectual property is yours. You can export your data anytime.

What's included in platform access?

Platform access includes assistant hosting, infrastructure, security, backups, usage allowances, and regular updates. You're not managing servers or AI provider keys.

What happens if I exceed my token allowance?

You'll receive email alerts at 75% and 90% of your quota. If you go over, additional tokens are billed at your plan's overage rate. You can also upgrade your plan for a higher allowance.
